What do you do with my data?
What you enter remains yours. You can download everything we have from you at any time all at once — this is available under Settings in your account, and you will receive a zip file with your data. You can also delete it, and then it is truly gone. The privacy statement describes what we store for each type of data and how long we keep it.
Do I need an account to get started?
No. The free check you can do without an account and without an email address; the result appears immediately on the screen and is given its own address that you can save. You only need an account if you want your answers to remain stored and to be tracked.
Can I cancel on a monthly basis?
Yes. There is no notice period and no minimum term. What you have built up so far you can take with you when you cancel via the same download.
Is this advice?
No. We explain what applies and what is expected of you, including the source. An assessment of your own situation is not — for that you engage an advisor or contact the authority responsible for it.

Prodpas.eu works with transparent pricing without hidden costs. The costs depend on the complexity of your product and how much data you need to enter. For many SMEs, the costs per passport are between €50 and €200. There are no annual subscription costs; you only pay for what you create.
**Can I adjust the product passport later?**
Yes, your product passport is not set in stone. You can update, add to or correct data whenever you want. This is important because products and regulations change. Every change is automatically documented, so you can always see what has been changed and when.
**Does prodpas.eu support multiple languages?**
Absolutely. You can create your product passport in Dutch, English and other languages. This is essential if you sell internationally. Customers and business partners in other countries can consult the passport in their own language.
**How do I share the product passport with my customers?**
You can share your product passport via a direct link, QR code or as a PDF download. Customers do not need to create an account to view it. You decide for yourself what is public and what remains confidential.
**Is my data safe with prodpas.eu?**
Your data is stored encrypted and we comply with the GDPR. We make regular back-ups and your data is stored on secure servers in Europe.
